Service Description
To book a phone call, select the day and time of the week to schedule. All new clients receive 1 complimentary introduction call prior to booking the first assessment.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel a lab service, please do so 48 hours or more before the Monday of the week your booking was scheduled. This allows time to fill that spot! ex) if you booked for the week of Mon, Feb 10th, but you no longer need a lab service provided that week, please cancel by Sat, Feb 8th. Late cancellations or no-show samples will be charged $20 / sample.
